The Montessori School Meyrin, located in the Geneva region, is looking for a French-speaking Early Childhood Educator for our future Kindergarten. Permanent contract position, starting August 11, 2025.

As an Educator, responsibilities include:
Taking charge of a class of 12 children between 18 months and 3 years old
Supervising ASE staff
Arranging the space and supervision in accordance with Montessori educational principles
Establishing close collaboration with parents as partners in their child's education
We are looking for an Educator with:
A work ethic and values corresponding to the well-being of children in their primary development plan
A team spirit and collaborative attitude
Enthusiastic, responsible, who likes to take initiatives and see them through
Job requirements:
Certified Early Childhood Educator ES or equivalent recognized by cantonal authorities
Minimum of 5 years experience in an early childhood setting
Interested in having responsibility for the facility (holding the operating permit) and working closely with the school management
Montessori training for ages 0-3 or interested in training
Native French speaker. Intermediate communication in English is an advantage.
Swiss work permit or EU citizen
