- in the organization, preparation, and support of consultations (patient reception, appointment scheduling)
- in contact on-site and by phone with patients as well as internal and external offices
- in processing referrals, creating and sending summons, handling all KISIM mailboxes
- in ensuring administrative processes
- in general secretarial tasks
- in writing consultation reports and other correspondence
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary or are a trainee currently undergoing further training
- are an organizational talent with excellent German skills
- enjoy daily patient contact
- enjoy working in a lively environment
- have experience with KISIM (advantageous)
