To further expand our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who competently advises customers, develops customised solutions, and acts as a central interface between customers, sales, and internal specialist departments.

Your Contribution

Technical advice and support for customers with demanding applications in measurement and automation technology
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solution approaches
Preparation, calculation, and active follow-up of quotations
Independent handling and clarification of technical customer enquiries
Close cooperation with sales, product management, international plants, and order processing
Coordination, support, and assistance with technical questions during the order phase
Maintenance and documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system

Your Skills and Talents

Technical basic training with further education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
Experience in industrial measurement technology, electrical/automation technology, process engineering, or a related technical field
Enjoyment in customer consulting and developing technical solutions
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external customers
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
French language skills are a great advantage
