For our state-of-the-art headquarters in Zurich West, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, motivated individual to actively support our small but very friendly finance team with positive energy.

Your mission

• Independent management of sub-ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable including dunning, fixed assets) for all country companies (CH, UK, PL, DE and US)

• Posting of bank transactions including payment runs as well as performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

• Support with accruals, posting of salaries, sales and VAT in CH, UK, PL, DE and US companies

• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (group-wide)

• Support for senior accountants

What you should bring

• Completed commercial basic training

• Further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage

• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance

• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign) is an advantage

• Affinity for numbers, accuracy and reliability

• Independent and organised working style

• Proactive thinking and acting

• Enjoyment of working in an international environment

• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written - mandatory
