Night Cleaning Team Leader (a)

Your tasks:

- Responsible for the operation of cleaning teams
- Responsible for the completion and execution of work with customer satisfaction
- Supervision of a team of between 20 and 30 people
- Implementation of site maintenance cleaning activities according to the defined specifications
- Leading cleaning teams both operationally and administratively (coordination of work, management of hours, quality control, etc.)
- Management and/or coordination of specific work at our clients' sites
- Replacement of employees during absences
- Receiving and executing client requests
- Training employees in good cleaning practices
- Occasional replacements in case of various absences
- Quality controls related to cleaning

Your profile:

- CFC training as a cleaning agent or AFP with ongoing CFC curriculum - mandatory
- Several years of confirmed experience in professional cleaning
- Confirmed experience in team management
- Excellent command of the French language
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Very good physical condition
- Neat appearance and sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance
- Sociability, team spirit
- Night work time slot: 6:30/7:00 PM - 2:30/4:00 AM
- Salary according to the collective agreement CCT-Cleaning
