Your new job

• For the further development of our process management, you will drive complex changes forward in a structured manner as an experienced specialist and professionally accompany cross-departmental initiatives
• Thanks to your expertise, you implement demanding transformation projects from the idea to successful introduction and shape the business processes end-to-end with a focus on the customer experience to enable high quality and efficiency
• You ensure continuous improvement, measure the success of the processes and identify optimisation and digitalisation potential to improve the user experience for our customers and employees
• Close collaboration with the responsible specialists, business analysts, product owners and other relevant stakeholders and agile teams (IT, business, etc.) is central to your success
• Additionally, you monitor and control project progress, resources, finances, risks as well as results and report appropriately to the target audience

• Several years of practical experience in leading process-improving projects in the banking and sales environment as well as customer service
• Focus on optimal process design as well as prior data and process analysis in transformation projects, including targeted use of AI
