Your tasks

Support of the HR team in daily business, including general administrative tasks
Maintenance and management of digital personnel files
Organization and coordination of appointments with the company doctor
Processing and filing of medical certificates
Handling the accident reporting process (occupational accident and non-occupational accident insurance)
Participation in the further development of internal processes and documents
Support in topics such as personnel marketing or digitization – depending on interest and current projects
Assistance with onboarding / Welcome Day

Your profile

You are studying business administration, (work) psychology or a related field, are in HR training or are preparing with a gap year for training or studies
You work carefully, structured and independently
Confidential handling of personnel data is a matter of course for you
You are interested in HR topics and enjoy working in a team
You have a digital affinity and feel confident in dealing with MS Office and other applications
