Your tasks
- Support of the HR team in daily business, including general administrative tasks
- Maintenance and management of digital personnel files
- Organization and coordination of appointments with the company doctor
- Processing and filing of medical certificates
- Handling the accident reporting process (occupational accident and non-occupational accident insurance)
- Participation in the further development of internal processes and documents
- Support in topics such as personnel marketing or digitization – depending on interest and current projects
- Assistance with onboarding / Welcome Day
Your profile
- You are studying business administration, (work) psychology or a related field, are in HR training or are preparing with a gap year for training or studies
- You work carefully, structured and independently
- Confidential handling of personnel data is a matter of course for you
- You are interested in HR topics and enjoy working in a team
- You have a digital affinity and feel confident in dealing with MS Office and other applications
