Dispatcher in the Alarm Centre (80%-100%)
YOUR MISSION WITH US
You receive incoming reports, process them efficiently and forward them reliably.
You remotely deactivate systems and monitor them.
You trigger predefined intervention measures and thus help to protect people, assets and companies.
You coordinate on-call assignments of our external partner companies and always keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You report events precisely, ensuring transparency and quality in every operation.
During your structured training phase (around 3 months), you will be 100% operational to be optimally prepared for your tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING
You have completed basic training and work with concentration, precision and responsibility.
You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and keep a cool head even at night or on weekends.
You have very good German skills and can express yourself clearly and understandably.
You are confident in common digital applications (MS Office) and are motivated to learn to work with new programmes.
You identify with the security industry and want to actively contribute to ensuring protection and trust.
You think in a networked way, act service-oriented and are a reliable support for your team.
Discretion, loyalty and a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are a matter of course for you.
