We are looking for you as a Service Technician Escalators – German-speaking Switzerland as soon as possible.
Your mission
After thorough training, you will take over your own service route and be responsible for the independent and high-quality maintenance of our elevator systems.
Your specific contribution
Perform maintenance work, service assignments, and repairs according to specified quality and safety standards
Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with all regulations and guidelines
Maintain professional communication with customers, contacts, and end users
Responsibility for the safety and proper functioning of the assigned systems
Proper management of the site environment during work
Identify and report additional repair needs including coordination with customers on site
Prepare precise, timely service reports
Participate in periodic on-call / fault service
Your added value
Completed training in the electrical or mechanical field. Training in rail vehicle construction or similar industries would be an advantage.
Desired experience in escalator maintenance
Strong manual skills and independent working style
Very good (Swiss) German skills (at least level C1)
Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to professionally represent KONE externally
Enjoyment of national travel activity and representing our company
High flexibility and personal responsibility
Valid category B driving license
Clean criminal record
Residence in Switzerland (Swiss or foreign nationality with valid residence permit)
Your place of residence is at most 30 minutes from the city center of Zurich. This enables a balanced work-life balance and facilitates teamwork.
