Your tasks:

• Planning and work preparation (AVOR): You are responsible for the planning and organisation of construction projects in timber construction.
• Team leadership: You lead a team of skilled workers and assistants and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Reporting: You document the progress of construction projects and communicate regularly with project management.
• Task coordination: You coordinate and supervise the daily work on the construction site to ensure a smooth process.

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Carpenter EFZ (m/f): You have completed training as a carpenter with an EFZ qualification.
• Experience as a foreman: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a comparable position.
• Leadership skills: You can motivate and lead a team efficiently.
• Organisational skills: You are organised, structured and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Driving licence category B: You hold a valid category B driving licence to work flexibly at different locations.
