The Lindenfeld Care Centre is a magnet employer in the Aargau West region and a Swiss leader in the field of Kinaesthetics. For our protected residential area Gerontopsychiatry with mentally ill people and people with dementia, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF immediately or by arrangement. Your impact with us

• Taking over competent, resident-centred care and support of our residents
• RAI Supervisor in the residential area - for this task you work about 2 days per month in the office
• Designing the entire care process using the RAI system in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, etc.
• You support the team throughout the entire RAI process
• You are the contact person for residents and their relatives and regularly conduct conversations in this context
• You actively contribute your expertise - whether in reports, meetings, or projects. This way, we jointly develop dementia care further

Your profile

• Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, preferably in the field of Gerontopsychiatry
• You have RAI Supervisor training (NH or LTCF)
• Experience or strong interest in mentally ill and demented people
• Openness to familiarise yourself with Kinaesthetics and Validation and to live and support these concepts
• Enjoyment of the diversity and individuality of the residents
• Humour, empathy, and great commitment to positively manage even challenging situations
