What awaits you in your role at SOLVER

Co-leadership of our tax division for further development and growth. You complement the existing team as an equal co-lead, further shape our tax practice, and take responsibility for your own mandates. Together, over the next 18 to 36 months, you will build up more tax experts, elevate our tax practice to the next level, and develop it to be multi-location capable.

Demanding mandates at the interface of tax, transactions, and entrepreneurship. You support entrepreneurs and families with succession, corporate and real estate transactions, restructurings, employee participation, and complex structuring issues, from the initial analysis through to rulings and implementation.

Your own business case and partner prospects. Within 12 to 24 months, you will build your own business case, with a clear prospect of a stake in SOLVER. You will win new mandates, deliberately expand your network, and sharpen your consulting profile.

 What you bring

• Completed tax expert training (certified tax expert); alternatively lawyer with LL.M./CAS/MAS Tax or LL.M. Tax.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in the tax field focusing on Swiss SMEs and/or real estate transactions, business succession, as well as reorganisations and restructurings.
• Entrepreneurial build-up mentality and drive: You proactively tackle topics, drive initiatives forward, create commitment, and ensure that ideas turn into concrete results.
• You are outgoing and strong in communication: You find it easy to approach people and build relationships. Accordingly, you actively develop your network further.
• You have a desire for multidisciplinary collaboration: You enjoy working hand in hand with experts from other disciplines.
• You are familiar with Swiss German and can communicate confidently in conversations with our clients.
• You are ambitious and have an interest in participating in SOLVER in the medium term.
