Your tasks:
As part of a committed and cooperative team, you will work in an innovative environment. Exciting and varied tasks await you, where you can optimally apply your skills:
• You actively work in research and consulting projects on talent management, employer branding, change and diversity
• You support the development of innovative research topics as well as their application and implementation
• You contribute to the education and training of students
• You actively network with internal and external stakeholders
• You actively support new continuing education formats
Your profile:
You are a proactive and team-oriented personality with a good Master’s degree in Psychology and also bring the following qualifications:
• You have knowledge and relevant work experience in the field of talent management, change and diversity
• You have sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• You bring a high level of commitment, ability to cooperate as well as the ability to work independently
• You are interested in developing research proposals and acquiring research projects
