About the job

• Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and quality assurance of business management data as well as for the timely execution of the monthly closings of cost accounting according to REKOLE®.
• Co-responsibility for the preparation of the annual data collections and tariff bases (ITAR_K, SpiGes, BFS) using HCe TIP.
• Ensuring high data quality through the further development of financial control instruments, especially cost centre, cost unit and profit centre accounting, as well as through the implementation of plausibility checks.
• Close cooperation with Business Controlling as a competent contact person for business management issues according to REKOLE®.
• Participation in the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of processes, evaluations and reporting instruments.

• Completed business administration degree (FH/University) with a focus on controlling or accounting, expert in accounting and controlling or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in cost accounting or controlling, ideally in the Swiss healthcare sector.
• Very good SAP knowledge with a focus on CO as well as excellent Excel skills; experience with HCe TIP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers and enjoyment of complex business contexts.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented personality with high initiative and pronounced team orientation.
