These are your tasks
- You lead and develop the Electrical Systems team and take on personnel responsibility, including administrative tasks and occasional support during night work.
- You are responsible for the electrical systems and the central contact person for all technical questions.
- You monitor, assess, and document the condition of the electrical systems according to maintenance guidelines and initiate immediate measures if necessary.
- You plan, organize, and evaluate all maintenance and repair work and manage single-discipline projects from planning to acceptance.
- You support the Head of Specialist Services in budgeting for the Electrical Systems area and ensure that budget targets are met.
- You actively shape the digital transformation in the specialist service, promote innovative solutions, and work closely with authorities, municipalities, the canton, companies, and our customers.
- You ensure occupational safety and health protection in your area, conduct safety audits, and live our safety culture daily.
These are your special tasks
- You work in the Electrical Systems Infrastructure specialist team and contribute your know-how to cross-departmental working groups and projects.
These are your key competencies
- You have completed training as an electrical installer EFZ with further education at HF level or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring several years of leadership and professional experience in the field of electrical systems, ideally in the railway environment with experience in maintenance and grounding systems.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing, good IT user skills, and a category B driving license.
