CSV Requirements Engineer 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)
True to the vision "We drive innovation to improve people’s lives," the Hamilton companies have been delivering solutions for the healthcare sector since 1950. We are an innovative pioneer in ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.
The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.
This is what you can achieve:
Together with the overall project manager and our internal customers, you determine the requirements and develop a structured system analysis
You are responsible for the projects you manage in coordination with the CSV compliance team
You maintain regular communication with our internal customers to resolve deviations from the definitions
This is what you bring with you:
Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
University or technical college degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or IT
Very good German and English skills
Professional experience in the life sciences sector, especially in the context of CSV activities (Computer System Validation)
Further training in quality management, e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, IVDR or MDR, is an advantage
Structured and pragmatic working style as well as the ability to analyse systems and develop requirements efficiently and solution-oriented
