About the job

To strengthen and further develop our Rail Services division, we are creating the new position AVOR Rail Services. For this versatile key role, we are looking for a highly organised individual who will actively shape and advance our planning and coordination processes.

Your tasks:

• Processing and coordination of daily deployment and cleaning schedules in the rail services sector
• Review of received next-day plans and ensuring timely forwarding to the responsible locations
• Communication and coordination of short-term changes, adjustments, and operational deviations
• Creation and maintenance of the annual plan as well as mid-year planning of parked vehicles and special services
• Ensuring up-to-date and complete site documentation
• Support in coordinating and conducting quality controls in cooperation with the responsible site managers
• Analysis of processes and support in the continuous optimisation of procedures
• Hub function between internal contacts, locations, and operational teams
• Support of the responsible SPOC in organisational and administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training is an advantage
• Experience in work preparation (AVOR), scheduling, or operations organisation
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various locations and contacts
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• High sense of responsibility and reliable communication
