To strengthen and further develop our Rail Services division, we are looking for an organised individual for work preparation (AVOR) and deployment planning. In this versatile key role, you will coordinate our planning processes, keep track of resources and deadlines, and actively contribute to the efficient and sustainable development of our processes.

Your workplace is either Zurich or Solothurn.

Your tasks:

• Processing and coordination of daily deployment and cleaning schedules in the rail services sector
• Review of received next-day plans and ensuring timely forwarding to the responsible locations
• Communication and coordination in case of short-term changes, adjustments, and operational deviations
• Creation and maintenance of the annual plan as well as mid-year planning of parked vehicles and special services
• Ensuring up-to-date and complete site documentation
• Support in coordinating and conducting quality controls in cooperation with the responsible site managers
• Analysis of processes and support in the continuous optimisation of procedures
• Hub function between internal contacts, sites, and operational teams
• Support of the responsible SPOC in organisational and administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training is an advantage
• Experience in work preparation (AVOR), dispatching, or operations organisation
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various sites and contacts
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• High sense of responsibility and reliable communication
