We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Frontend Developer (m/f) to strengthen our team in Zurich.

What you will do

• You develop modern, high-performance frontend apps with React and TypeScript (ideally Next.js) that accurately reflect both functional and technical requirements.
• You translate UX from Figma into robust, reusable components and maintain a Design System/Storybook.
• You orchestrate state and data fetching (React Query/Apollo, Zustand/Redux) and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs.
• You ensure quality with Jest/React Testing Library as well as Cypress/Playwright and automate builds/deployments via CI/CD.
• You optimize performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG), i18n, and SEO; sensibly use SSR/ISR/Edge.
• You use cloud platforms for frontend hosting and delivery (Vercel, Azure, AWS including CDN, monitoring, observability).
• You implement web security according to modern standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, CSP, XSS/CSRF protection).
• You work closely with backend, design, product, and architecture teams and take ownership of your area.

What you bring

• You have 5+ years of experience in modern frontend, including 3+ with React and TypeScript.
• You have a deep understanding of React patterns, hooks, routing, server components, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Next.js, Webpack/Vite, Tailwind/CSS Modules/styled-components, and responsive UIs is familiar to you.
• You have experience building and maintaining design systems and Storybook.
• Confident API integration: REST/GraphQL, auth flows, error handling, caching, pagination are your strengths.
• You are familiar with testing stacks (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines.
• You speak fluent German and English (at least C1).
• You have a pronounced hands-on mentality: you take initiative, deliver, and constantly raise the bar.
• Not mandatory but a nice to have: Node.js for SSR/build scripts, Azure Static Web Apps, AWS Amplify, feature flags, Datadog/Grafana.
