Your Tasks
As a dedicated pharmaceutical operations assistant, you jointly manage our pharmacy with the responsible pharmacist in organisational matters and contribute significantly to a smooth operational process. You take responsibility for administrative, personnel, and business management tasks and also participate in accounting matters.
With your organisational skills, you identify optimisation potentials in daily pharmacy operations, review existing processes and workflows, and continuously develop them further. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the further development of our pharmacy.
Furthermore, you assist with inventory management and quality measures. In addition to your organisational duties, you look after and advise our walk-in customers during daily business and support our team in the supply and care of our various Domicil locations.

Your Profile
- Completed further training as a pharmaceutical operations assistant with a federal diploma or training as a druggist HF
- Several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, preferably with knowledge of pharmaceutical home care
- Personal skills / social skills
- Strong service awareness and high customer orientation
- Enjoyment in further developing processes and contributing your own ideas
- Quick comprehension as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
