Polymechanic (Cylindrical and Surface Grinding)

• Manufacturing of individual parts and small series in the micrometre range by cylindrical and surface grinding
• Independent development of grinding strategies and efficient organisation of the daily routine
• Participation in the optimisation of quality and productivity in cylindrical grinding
• Management of grinding materials and dressing tools
• Carrying out machine maintenance and care

• Completed technical training as a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
• Many years of experience with conventional cylindrical and surface grinding machines
• Independent and precise working method with a high quality orientation
• Team-oriented, resilient and communicative personality
• Confident handling of mechanical fine details in the micrometre range

• Working in a young, dynamic team with short decision-making paths
