Your tasks: You independently manage your construction sites and ensure optimal organisation of construction processes through professional AVOR. Thanks to your profound professional knowledge, you monitor the costs, deadlines, and quality of your projects and are responsible for compliance with safety standards. You promote and challenge your employees with clear objectives and motivate them through your exemplary role. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a flexible and efficient working style, are a matter of course for you.

Your profile: You have completed vocational training and successfully completed higher professional education (certified construction manager, master builder, or civil engineer FH). Through a proven track record in a comparable position, you possess corresponding leadership experience. You are a reliable team player and good communicator.
