What you achieve

• As a team member, you operate and set up the production equipment, troubleshoot faults and ensure a smooth production process
• As the quality manager, you guarantee that all products leaving our plant meet the highest standards
• As a professional leader, you supervise the personnel assigned to you at the plant and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do
• Your active participation in production also involves craftsmanship - because you know that the best leaders are those who also get hands-on
• With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data into the SAP system, ensuring a constantly up-to-date overview

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Food industry
• Professional experience: 2 - 5 years as plant operator or baker
• You work with precision and care to meet the highest quality standards
• Your high awareness of quality and hygiene is essential to ensure that all our products comply with strict hygiene regulations
• You are reliable and can work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Your working hours are Monday - Saturday (2 shifts between 02:00 - 20:00)
• German (A2)
