What to expect

• Checking and processing outpatient invoices according to medical and insurance-relevant guidelines
• Providing telephone advice and information to our customers and service providers regarding service topics, general insurance questions as well as our products and services
• Handling correspondence and processing cost approvals
• Collaboration with specialists and the trusted medical service

What you bring

• Training in the paramedical and/or commercial field
• At least 2 years of insurance experience (preferably in the claims area of a health or social insurance) as well as good medical knowledge
• Sound knowledge of outpatient medical tariffs and MS Office
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages are an advantage
• High customer orientation and willingness to provide service, enjoyment of teamwork as well as daily telephone customer contact
