Your main tasks:
- Operating and monitoring building technical systems
- Minor repair and maintenance work as well as quality controls
- Maintaining outdoor facilities and greenery
- Waste separation and disposal
- Accompanying third-party companies
- Performing and reporting on in-house work/additional services
- Providing on-call service
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training FBU EFZ or building cleaning with technical understanding
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
- Proficient IT skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured and independent working style
- Driver’s license category B
