About the job

• Lead the IT project management team personnel-wise, develop employees purposefully and provide professional support in everyday project work.
• Coordinate projects within the team, plan resources proactively and ensure a balanced workload.
• Independently manage demanding projects and take responsibility from planning to successful implementation.
• Define standards, methods and processes in project management, continuously optimise them and anchor them in everyday project work.
• Strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and promote systematic knowledge and experience exchange within the team.

• You have several years of experience in leading demanding IT projects and navigate confidently in complex coordination and decision-making situations.
• With your several years of leadership experience, you provide orientation, promote personal responsibility and support employees purposefully in their development.
• From your own experience, you are well acquainted with the interplay of project management, business analysis and test management.
• Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science or similar combined with further training in project management (e.g. IPMA Level C).
• You provide orientation, make clear decisions even in demanding situations and at the same time create the necessary scope for action for your team.
