Léman/Valais Cluster Manager (m/f/d) – 100%

Your mission

As Cluster Manager for the Lake Geneva and Valais region, you ensure the management and development of the subsidiaries under your responsibility.

Your main objective is to guarantee exceptional service quality, an optimal customer experience, and the achievement of operational and commercial goals. You support site managers and their teams daily, provide them with a clear vision of priorities, and ensure the strict application of processes, quality standards, and safety rules.

Through your leadership and presence on the ground, you actively contribute to the development of employees and create a motivating, high-performing work environment focused on collective success.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop site managers, both individually and collectively; ensure the management of employees at the sites under your responsibility
• Promote collaboration, engagement and regular communication within teams
• Translate operational strategy into concrete objectives and ensure its implementation on the ground
• Define individual objectives and support the performance management process
• Identify development needs and actively support talent progression
• Participate in the recruitment of new employees
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality, productivity and safety standards
• Participate in audits and ensure the implementation of improvement measures
• Optimise the organisation and use of available resources
• Guarantee compliance with technical standards and training requirements
• Monitor and analyse commercial results, performance indicators and trends
• Implement necessary actions to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of your region
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations; collaborate closely with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, Customer Contact Centre, Supply Chain, Technical Training, Sales and Marketing
• Contribute to the implementation of a coherent and high-quality customer journey

Your profile

• Completed professional training in the automotive sector, retail, operational management or a comparable field
• Federal diploma or higher education is an advantage
• At least ten years of professional experience
• At least five years of team management experience, ideally in a site, subsidiary or store manager role
• Proven experience in customer service; experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written command of French and German (minimum C1 level in both languages)
• Knowledge of English and/or another national language is an advantage
• Good command of Microsoft Office and ease with digital tools
• Driving licence and availability for regular travel within the Lake Geneva and Valais region as well as occasional travel throughout Switzerland
• Occasional availability to work on Saturdays
