Clerk for Scheduling (m/f/d) 100%

What you will do:

• Customer support and advice by telephone
• Quotation and order processing using ERP Abacus SVM
• Following up on quotations
• Organisation and scheduling of aerial platform and staff deployments
• Operational coordination of scheduling with all locations
• Checking equipment availability
• Coordination with authorities, construction, trade and traffic police
• Adhering to and ensuring processes
• Recording and forwarding customer feedback

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, business school or training as a technical clerk
• Training in a technical discipline (painter, electrician, tinsmith etc.) is an advantage
• Very high customer and service orientation
• Solution-oriented and quick thinking and acting
• Very high quality and sense of responsibility
• High resilience and concentration ability
• Spatial imagination
• Very good German skills spoken/written (native level), French skills are an advantage (DELF A1-A4)
• Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office programmes, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
