Manage the lending desk of the Social Work Library
Advise library users regarding lending and media usage

Provide specific library services

What you ideally bring

Completed training as an Information & Documentation specialist (EFZ)
Experience in a university environment
System knowledge: swisscovery, ALMA, RDA, GND
Customer orientation, service awareness as well as communication skills and quality awareness
Very good German skills with good knowledge of English and/or French
