The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy. The LANDI Weinland cooperative is successfully active in the Winterthur/Schaffhausen region. These tasks will inspire you
· Representation and support of the store management
· Planning and management of all departments with a special focus on fresh products
· Leadership, promotion and support of directly subordinate employees
· "fresh and friendly" advice to our customers
· Assistance in achieving qualitative and quantitative goals
· Active shaping of an appealing store image
· Ensuring smooth cash register processes including accounting
· Management of the post agency and lottery as well as handling various administrative tasks
