Your task
As a Solution Engineer in Input/Output Management, you can expect a varied working day in collaboration with product specialists and software developers. You will participate in the provision and maintenance of Enterprise Content Management solutions. You will learn how enterprise systems work in practice and gradually take on more responsibility.
This is what your daily routine in this position looks like:
- Install, configure and upgrade software solutions to new versions
- Evaluate and implement integrations into existing customer environments
- Support and further develop productive solutions during ongoing operations
- Co-design and implement customer-specific input/output management processes
- Develop extensions and overall processes together with experienced colleagues

Your profile
- Completed degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in computer science or related discipline
- Initial professional experience (about 1 year or more) in a technical role
- Basic understanding of the ECM domain: archiving, document lifecycle, workflows, input or output management
- Basic knowledge of application servers (JBoss/Wildfly, Tomcat, Jetty, IIS) and databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB)
- Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to learn quickly
- Quick comprehension, independent working style and strong customer orientation
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
