Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk (60/80%, temporary)

Your Main Tasks

• In this versatile and practical role, you will support the team in daily accounting operations:
• Payments & Accounts Receivable:
• Processing, coding and reconciliation of incoming payments (various payment service providers)
• Account reconciliations in accounts receivable management as well as clarification of open items
• Support in dunning and master data maintenance

Accounts Payable Management:

• Recording, checking and coding of supplier invoices
• Preparation and support of regular payment runs
• Clarification of price or quantity discrepancies with internal departments

General Administration:

• Handling incoming mail and archiving of documents
• Correspondence with customers and suppliers regarding billing queries

• Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Initial to several years of professional experience in the commercial field or in financial administration (accounts receivable/accounts payable).

Languages:

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• French skills are an advantage

IT skills: Routine in handling common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and preferably experience with an ERP system.
