Sales Manager - Baden-Württemberg (w/m/x)

From planning to production, project management, and assembly, we offer our customers a 360-degree service as a professional full-service provider in the business sectors of food and fashion.
Your tasks:
- Independent acquisition: Proactive identification and approach of new customers in retail, especially food.
- Existing customer care: Independent maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships through regular exchange and targeted measures.
- Customer presentations: Independent planning and execution of convincing presentations to introduce our solutions and win customers.
- Technical clarification: Initial assessment of the feasibility of specific customer requirements in coordination with our back office.
- Coordination of sales projects: Responsibility for the entire sales process from acquisition through offers to contract conclusion.
- Support with concepts: Participation in the creation of concepts, specifications (LV), calculations, etc.
- Contract negotiations: Independent conduct of contract negotiations to ensure win-win situations.
- Market analysis: Preparation of customer needs analyses, market analyses, and competitor analyses as well as development of new strategies for customer acquisition.
- Trade fairs and events: Participation in trade fairs, events, and congresses to present our company and maintain networks.
What should you bring?
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of shopfitting and/or retail.
- Technical knowledge in the field of refrigerated furniture is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation.
- Very high willingness to travel within the Baden-Württemberg region - occasionally also outside.
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Very good German and good English skills.
