For our Education Nursing team at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a Vocational Training Manager (a) 80–100% starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
You ensure that our training mandate for nursing professions (FaGe, certified nursing professionals HF, FH) is successfully implemented.
- You coordinate, plan, and monitor training in the nursing departments and ensure high training quality – always in close cooperation with the area and department management
- You coach the vocational trainers, guide them professionally, and promote their vocational pedagogical competence
- You accompany apprentices in clinical practice and support their professional development
- You act as a lecturer in LTT, in learning workshop settings for FaGe apprentices, and in internal further training
- You actively contribute to the further development of our training concepts and engage in working or project groups
- You are the central contact person for external training institutions and represent our hospital at training forums
What you need to be successful
- You are a certified nurse (DN II/HF/FH) with several years of professional experience in acute care and have completed pedagogical training of 600–1800 training hours
- You demonstrate high social and design competence in communication, cooperation, conflict resolution, appreciation, and reflection
- You are interested in designing LTT and learning workshop lessons in an agile, practical, and patient-oriented manner
- You are willing to actively familiarize yourself with clinical practice and accompany trainees there
- You bring organizational and coordination skills as well as conceptual thinking
- Solid IT user skills, especially in MS Office, and interest in digital tools complete your profile
