A forward-looking and modern non-profit organisation, which with around 80 employees on behalf of ten municipalities ensures care and support for customers of all ages at home for 30,000 inhabitants. A fulfilling task that is also fun.

Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 70-100%, fixed days possible

Your tasks:

• You travel independently by car to provide our customers with the best possible care at home
• Your tasks include personal care, mobilisation, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
• You record care processes in the electronic care documentation and order medication and care materials.
• In our key person care, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive care and individual support of individual customers and regularly meet with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.

• Driving licence category B with own car
