Every year, many young people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks, kitchen staff EBA, health professionals (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hospitality-housekeeping specialists EFZ and EBA, operational maintenance specialists EFZ, and merchants.
The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of care places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with about 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
The Spitex Regional forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Assisting in the functionality of all facilities in and around the buildings
Monitoring building technology as well as regular regulation and intervention in case of disturbances
Maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of various building components
Independently carrying out minor repairs on machines or devices alone or in a team in the in-house workshop
Caring for the green areas around the buildings in every season
Watering, planting, and pruning shrubs and trees
Snow removal work in winter
Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of waste as well as getting to know the recycling area
Completion of compulsory schooling
Good German language skills (at least level B2)
Sense of responsibility and reliability
Affinity for craftsmanship and physical resilience
Very good practical-technical understanding
Teamwork and communication skills
Sense of cleanliness and order
