Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
A traditional Swiss construction and real estate company offering a wide range of services related to the realisation, renovation, and further development of buildings.
The scope of work ranges from classic structural engineering to renovations and refurbishments, as well as facade, timber construction, interior finishing, and other specialised construction services.
Employees work on various construction projects, exchange ideas across different specialist areas, and can contribute their experience in a varied environment.
Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in accounting and are responsible for the independent preparation of annual and interim financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) for several companies.
During audits and reviews, you act as a competent interface and advise the CFO and finance team on complex accounting issues.
Using Abacus, you create and optimise meaningful reports and further develop the management of project, contribution margin, and profitability key figures.
You analyse existing financial processes, identify optimisation potentials, and drive the further development of Abacus configurations, interfaces, and digital workflows.
As a project coordinator, you collaborate with internal and external partners while also contributing to the operational day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
You have solid experience in Swiss accounting for an SME and a strong command of OR financial statements.
You possess very good user knowledge of Abacus FiBu and asset accounting.
You bring a high IT affinity and interest in digital financial solutions as well as enthusiasm for process development.
You approach tasks independently, analytically, and in a structured manner and find pragmatic solutions even for complex issues.
Strong communication skills, coordination ability, and entrepreneurial thinking enable you to collaborate successfully with various internal and external partners.
You have fluent German language skills.
