Your mission

• Needs assessments: Conducting needs assessments for clients with psychiatric diagnoses
• Case management: Leading the entire treatment process
• Collaboration: Interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination with external persons and specialist agencies
• Professional advice: Advising and supporting relatives

Your backpack

• Completed training: as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience: at least 2 years in inpatient or day-patient psychiatric care
• A plus: Authorisation for needs assessment in the field of psychiatry
• Teamwork: Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Independence: Enjoyment in independently organising your daily routine
