Do you like taking responsibility, keep an overview even in demanding situations, and want to actively shape psychiatric nursing? At the PAM ward in the Clinic for Psychosis and Addiction in Münsingen, you will find a versatile working environment where you can purposefully apply your expertise and your skills in relationship building. In the day shift, you coordinate the daily ward routine, accompany patients through challenging situations, and actively shape the treatment process as a nursing key worker. You are part of an interprofessional team that values open communication, mutual support, and continuous development of nursing.

Your tasks

• You master demanding nursing situations, for example when admitting new patients
• You independently coordinate the ward routine and take on daily responsibility
• As a key worker, you take responsibility for the nursing process, with our patients at the centre and involved
• You participate in the development of a constructive team culture with communication on equal terms
• You promote patient satisfaction through your expertise and professional relationship building
• You contribute your professional perspective and critical thinking and actively participate in optimising structures and processes

Your profile

• You are a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland
• You have experience in psychiatry or have experience in somatics and want to develop professionally in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You contribute your valuable experience and actively participate in maintaining and optimising our high quality standards
• You work professionally and focused, maintaining the necessary calm and professionalism even in demanding and hectic situations
