About the job
Your Tasks
- Support the ward physician in administrative tasks.
- Handle and forward telephone and written inquiries, arrange appointments and register consultations, X-rays, therapies, etc.
- Maintain the medical records and manage discharge procedures for patients in collaboration with the ward physician.
- Depending on resources, accompany the doctors on rounds and document the prescriptions.
Your Profile
- Training as a medical practice assistant or health specialist
- Further training as a medical secretary and several years of professional experience in a hospital
- Very good knowledge of medical terminology and IT skills (KISIM knowledge is an advantage)
- Work commitment Monday to Friday (no weekends), full working days
