Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of elderly psychiatric patients with a dementia diagnosis in an acute psychiatric setting
- Design and implementation of the elderly psychiatric nursing process
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Close cooperation with intraprofessional colleagues within the framework of the skill-and-grade mix
- Participation in and implementation of change processes
Profile
- Completed HF studies with professional experience in elderly psychiatry
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- High social/personal competence and structured working method
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- Flexibility in duty planning
- Very good German and PC skills
- CAS in Gerontology or willingness to complete one
