As Head of Operations Control Center, you take overall responsibility for the 24/7 operation of our mission-critical infrastructures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- You lead and develop a highly qualified team in the area of Network & Security Operations
- You ensure the stability and availability of critical systems – even in exceptional situations
- You handle major incidents with calm, authority, and clear communication
- You design processes according to the principles of Service Excellence and Operational Excellence
- You drive the continuous development and automation of our NOC and SOC services forward
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including management reporting
Profile and Experience
- University degree or higher professional education in computer science, cyber security, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of leadership experience in NOC/SOC, IT infrastructure, or cyber security as well as personnel management in a 24/7 operations organization
- Strong personality with high crisis resilience, decisiveness, and pronounced communication skills
- Solid know-how in IT/network architectures, security operations, incident management
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of innovation, hyperautomation & smart data as well as interest in pioneering technologies
- Fluent German and English skills
