Your Tasks

• Professional, personnel and organisational management of a nursing ward as well as ensuring high-quality patient care
• Planning and coordination of ward operations as well as ensuring appropriate and competence-based staff deployment
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees as well as support of change processes
• Active participation in direct nursing care and attendance at interdisciplinary ward rounds, handovers and meetings
• Promotion of constructive interprofessional collaboration and ensuring transparent information flow
• Contribution to the further development of nursing quality, processes and ward objectives

Your Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience as well as proven leadership experience in nursing
• Completed further training in leadership or management
• High social and communication skills as well as an appreciative and clear leadership personality
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisational talent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in the further development of nursing and interprofessional collaboration
