Job Description

Ideal position for students seeking a part-time activity, offering great flexibility and occasional integration to support teams according to store needs.

Permanent contract: as soon as possible or to be agreed.

As a Sales Advisor, you are at the heart of the customer experience. Your main tasks are:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer experience: welcoming, advising and supporting our customers in-store and through our various channels. Building loyalty, presenting our offer (including second-hand) and promoting Kiabi services.
• Making the store irresistible: ensuring quality product presentation, neat merchandising and compliance with standards.
• Actively participating in store life: being versatile, adapting to priorities, mastering internal tools and contributing to collective success.
• Acting for performance: understanding commercial indicators, participating in sales actions and company initiatives to directly impact results.
• Ensuring a safe environment: ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures for everyone’s safety.
• Taking on store opening and closing duties may be entrusted to experienced and trusted employees, offering additional and rewarding responsibility.

Qualifications
