For our client a global pharmaceutical company we are looking for a SAP Senior Project Coordinator.
The Company
Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company located near Neuchatel, Switzerland
Focused on R&D and delivery of innovative medicines across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, hematology, immunology, and CVD.
The Role
The objective is to implement or migrate from Oracle ERP to the new corporate SAP solution for the company's site in Switzerland.
The position holder will oversee the ERP Integration Project (SAP), and support the Site Project Manager in planning and execution to deliver intended outcomes:
Setup of site project management and governance structure in collaboration with IT Business Partners (ITBPs) and Global Digital Capability Managers (DCMs).
Plan, track and deliver the targeted objectives of site & external manufacturing (ExM) project.
Serve as a bridge between the Global Program Manager and Local site Project Management team for local activities.
Build a schedule with the Program Manager and site stakeholders.
Identify dependencies, evaluate risks/issues, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across the project.
Ensure site & ExM project deliverables, schedule, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with best practices of GPS/GMO and IT GPS PMO.
Support site & ExM project team to deliver according to the plan.
Conduct or moderate site & ExM team (IT & Business) meetings and share minutes.
Prepare project status reports and documentation to keep the Program Manager and Onsite project sponsors informed of project progress and potential risks/roadblocks so they can take appropriate action.
Raise Project Change Request when scope, timelines, or budget change.
Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned projects’ momentum and progress.
Engage and energize the project team and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Plan and recommend necessary resources to ensure successful completion of the assigned project.
Advise and consistently apply Project Management best practices (including Agile, SDLC) and tools. Continuously improve our adoption and maturity of best practices across IT.
Provide support to IT BPs and DCMs in the management of project financials, vendor management and procurement.
You
Our client is looking for someone who has:
Computer science/Information Technology degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Sr. Project Coordinator in Pharma, ERP Systems implementation – Preferably SAP and GxP Systems Implementation from requirements to delivery of final product and documentation included.
Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Science industry experience.
Experience in ERP Systems (Preferably SAP) implementation.
Proficiency into System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Awareness of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and other Regulatory compliance requirements.
Familiar with Change Management processes and tools and regulated document authoring.
Strong accountability in driving Project Coordination.
Strong capability to facilitate Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid projects.
Agile, flexible, autonomous in analysis, problem-solving and achieving deliverables.
Service-oriented mindset.
Business acumen.
Strong relationship and collaboration skills (verbal and written) with IT and Business both Global and Onsite stakeholders.
Constructive influencing of colleagues to a positive outcome.
The below skills are a plus:
PMP certification or equivalent.
Business Analysis (BA) experience.
ServiceNow PM module knowledge.
Implementation of other standalone and interconnected computerized systems supporting Production activities.
