As a Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for the timely packaging of all types of materials in accordance with applicable regulations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for shipping, as well as supporting express inbound and outbound deliveries. You ensure careful handling of the equipment and machinery entrusted to you, act cost-consciously and customer-oriented, and support SR Technics in achieving its growth targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently carrying out the entire packaging and shipping process, including packaging materials, creating and archiving SAP documentation, and handing over to freight partners
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable quality requirements as well as regulations for safe air freight and dangerous goods throughout the entire logistics process
- Coordinating express outbound shipments to the cargo handling agent at Zurich Airport (ZRH) and processing express inbound deliveries
- Performing loading and unloading operations of trucks while ensuring safe and efficient goods handling
- Close collaboration with internal departments, external freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and high customer orientation
- Active participation in continuous improvement measures and supporting operational excellence through the implementation and adherence to 5S standards
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
- Good communication skills
- English skills at B1 level
- Professional experience in logistics as well as experience working in cross-functional teams and a multicultural environment
- Driving licence and forklift certificate
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to work shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays
