At ISS, we enable you to start as a caretaker – with a clear development path towards technical caretaking.
For your assignments, we provide you with a company vehicle. This allows you to be independent and flexible throughout Central Switzerland and to take care of various properties on site. This way, you get to know different buildings, systems, and customers and gain valuable practical experience – ideal for your professional development.
This is what you can achieve:
- You keep operations running: You reliably and solution-oriented handle fault reports, maintenance, and repairs.
- You keep an overview: You conduct control and inspection rounds in properties and technical systems – including escape and rescue routes.
- You grow into the technology: With increasing experience, you take on more technical tasks and initial responsibility in building technology.
- You organize material & deployment: You ensure that tools and materials are at the right place at the right time.
- You become the contact person: In case of faults, you analyze the situation, perform first interventions, and also support on-call service.
Why you will succeed:
- Completed vocational training – technical or manual (facility management specialist, building technology planner, heating installer, etc.)
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital applications
- Driver's license category B (company vehicle possible)
- Willingness for on-call service (according to deployment plan)
