Main tasks
- Support the Chief of Staff in the Operations business unit with operational and administrative tasks, especially for the implementation of the Operations strategy
- Plan, conduct, and prepare and follow up on cross-divisional meetings and workshops
- Prepare decision-making bases for the Chief of Staff and the Operations leadership team
- Communication and coordination interface within the business unit as well as with other business units
- Actively shape change processes as a "Change Agent"
Profile
- Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., business informatics or communication) or comparable education and training
- Several years of professional experience in a Chief of Staff office or a comparable function
- Ideally experience in the public sector combined with an agile mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills (m/f) – you convey complex content clearly and understandably
- Confident appearance in workshops with the ability to quickly recognize and structure patterns
- Very good German (C2) and English skills (C1); French skills are an advantage
