The motto of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG) is: „Creating moments that make life more colourful.“ FWG is an innovative player in system catering and known for exciting concepts. Since the early 1990s, it has been successful in the Swiss market and has been managed in the second generation by brothers Manuel and Daniel Wiesner since 2020. Guests are pampered with a variety of culinary concepts from around the world. FWG places special focus on central locations that are also ideally suited for take-away and delivery business. Currently, FWG operates 33 locations, offers five food brands, and employs over 700 staff from around 68 different nations.

HR Administration (a) 70 - 100 %

Your diverse tasks:

• You support our operations in all HR matters and are an important contact person for managers and employees 🤝
• You handle labour law issues, accident and illness cases as well as KTG-/UVG processes confidently and solution-oriented 📚
• You are responsible for central HR administration processes such as payroll, time management, contracts and employment of foreign employees 📊
• In challenging situations, you show presence, support employees and managers, and also act as a trusted person 💛
• You actively work on HR projects, optimise processes and take responsibility for various systems and tools 💻

Your talents and experience:

• You bring experience in HR administration as well as in supporting managers and operations 🎯
• Labour law, social insurance as well as KTG-/UVG processes are not foreign terms to you 📚
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even with many interfaces 📈
• You are communicative, down-to-earth and approachable – at the same time, you can set clear boundaries 💬
• Digital tools, systems and process optimisations are fun for you and you like to think along 🚀
