Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 50 -100 %
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
- Taking on tasks as a key contact person
- Managing the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
- Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the day team
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader, with professional authority
Your profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care and/or in coordinated nursing assignments is an advantage
- RAI knowledge (InterRAI-HC) desired or willingness to attend these courses
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Flawless German skills, with nuanced oral and written expression
